imitate

Today’s topic is “imitate”.

There are a few similar words which have almost the same meaning like copy and mimic, but we call them “mane” in Japanese.

EN: Do not imitate me.

JP: Mane wo shinaide kudasai.

In Japan, we have many comedians who imitate celebrities or even animals. We call them as “mono-mane” comedians! (mono means stuffs basically)

The next topic is “fight” in Japanese.
