Today’s topic is “muscle pain”.

You might be at home most of the time because of covid, but it is very important to exercise to keep you healthy.

We call muscle pain “kinniku-tsu” in Japanese.

EN: I have muscle pain.

JP: Kinniku-tsu ga arimasu.

Actually, having muscle pain does not feel that bad because it means that you did use the muscle and it has been gained!
