Blowfish - Delicacy in Japan
Blowfishes and pufferfishes are called ”Fugu” in Japan. They usually have poison, tetrodotoxin inside the organs. Most of people in the world eschew eating. But, in Japan, licensed chefs are permitted to filet this type of fishes, who can bring out the taste. Accordingly, it is quite a expensive.
Tessa – Crude sliced blowfish
I have once eaten the blowfish before in my life. How delicious it was. I felt as if I went up into Heaven.
I mean I did not died of tetrodotoxin, LOL. It was so delicious that I felt I would have been in Heaven.
Tettsuchiri – blowfish hot pot
I love the blowfish hot pot. My whole body were warmed from the core of my body. I felt the texture of blowfish is a little elastic and mild. By one bite, good broth oozed out of the boiled blowfish.
