The season for saying “Good-bye” to intimate friends
March, It is the season when we, Japanese, say “good bye” to the friends. Throughout Japan, at schools, at offices, at anywhere, the ceremonies are held. It is the biggest transitional season. People recall the old days when they meet the friends for the first time. But time comes when people say “good bye”, so as to move forward to the future, whereas it makes people feel sad and nostalgic.
Some people must retire from the company for which he or she has served. But skill, spirit, love, knowledge are taken over to the young generation. Then, the company need to have fresh start, without relying on the veterans.
How is your country? Some certain season makes you recall the old days?
Here in Japan, March makes us feel sad and fly away to the bright future with the best memory.
